We will use pre-primed recycled book pages to create bold\, simple images using a multi layered collage type painting technique; Experience the versitatlity of acrylic paint as we create beautiful layers to compose these lovely works of Art. Use these images for inspiration or create your own composition using the directed painting technique. This class will take place on Friday September 11th 6-8pm. DESCRIPTION:Join a fun Pottery class with Anne Jesse! This class is for beginners to advanced students. You will have many options to hand build multiple items including;  plates\, bowls\, mugs\, vases\, coiled vessels\, & textured garden tiles. All supplies & firings are provided. This is a fun and relaxing class! Cost for all 4 days the class meets is $150.00. We skip one week between pottery making and glazing to allow time for drying and firing of work. SUMMARY:Waterecolor Abstract Botanicals Class with Jennifer
DESCRIPTION:  \n  \n \nIn this class we will use tube watercolors with a wet-on-wet technique to create vibrant colorful backgrounds on 6″ X 9″ watercolor paper. We will use fresh leaves to make mono prints to create texture before using stencils and removing pigment to create our composition. The negative painting technique can be employed to really make your flowers pop. No expereience necessary. **Bring small fresh leaves from home; weeds\, tree leaves\, or plant leaves will be perfect\, even fresh spinach will work! This class will take place on Friday September 25th 6-8pm. Cost is $30 ($25 instructional fee +$5 materials fee). DESCRIPTION:      \n  \n  \nDoodle Me is a mixed media whimsical watercolor female face\, finished with zen doodles using permanent markers and acrylic paint pens on 6″ X 9″ watercolor paper. We will use liquid watercolor medium to achieve vibrant colors straight from the jar unlike the layering necessary with traditional watercolor paints. This will be a guided portrait\, employing the use of stencils to remove the intimidation of painting faces. SUMMARY:Kid's pottery class with Hayden
DESCRIPTION:Join in the clay making fun at EAC! Two sessions of sculpting with clay will be held on Mondays October 19th\, 26th\,and from 4:30-5:30pm and one session for glazing all work on Monday November 9th from 4:30-5:30pm. Projects will vary throughout the year to allow students to attend multiple classes. This class is designed for kids aged 5-12 years old. If your child has not attended kindergarten\, we ask that an adult attend to assist the child. All supplies and firings are included. Class fee is $45.00.
