Marvin works in a variety of styles of realism, abstract, and impressionism. During his lifetime he has attended and received degrees from Dickinson State University in North Dakota and Emporia University in Kansas. He began his career teaching  Jr. and Sr. high school art and theater, and moved on to to teach theatrical design at Oberlin College, Baldwin Wallace, and Dickinson State University. He has designed, toured, and directed numerous shows around the midwest. He started his own design company “Renaissance 1 Design” doing commercial and residential projects including murals and theater designs in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Later he moved to Eureka Springs, Arkansas and assisted his daughter with design and light for her dance company.  He also showed art at local galleries and designed and painted murals for commercial spaces in Arkansas. He has most recently moved to Ohio and is excited to be a member of EAC!
