
In this class we will make high quality woven seed bead bracelets. We will use Japanese glass seed beads on a bead loom and plated stainless steel jewelry componants. You will learn how to warp a loom for wefting 5 bead rows and experience the inricate yet simple art of seed bead weaving as well as the tricks of applying a bead tube clasp with a lobster claw and safety chain. Choose your own beads and color palette from a variety of finishes and colors, creating a bracelet with a random design. All materials will be provided. This is a 3 hour class to allow ample time to warp the loom and apply the clasp. Actual weaving time is under 2 hours.
This class will take place on Friday June 5th 6-9pm. Cost is $40. No cancellations or refunds will be given. In the case of an unavoidable circumstance, arrangements can be made for the attendance of another class by the same instructor.
