Kenneth has been drawing and painting for 50 years concentrating on pencil, pastels, charcoal, acrylic, watercolor and oil paint. He loves all animals, especially cats and dogs. In 1994 after studying with prominent professional oil painters he began doing dog and cat portraits. He focused on different breeds to work with a variety of fur colors and lengths. He likes to blur the lines between realism and abstraction and often likes to include a more natural landscape in the background. He has completed 27 animal portraits in the last three and a half years for pet owners of all ages.
