Chandana Mozumbar or “Mo”  is a resident of North Ridgeville, OH. She is a watercolor artist who also works in acrylic. After spending two decades in academia Chandana returned to her passion, painting. Chandana is self-taught with inspiration from master artists of the past. She has received guidance and inspiration from artists among the Ohio community. Chandana’s work primarily focuses on women from every walk of life globally. The vibrancy of female experience is reflected in the bold choice of colors she uses in her paintings. She has recently been chosen to exhibit one of her pieces in the 2025 Exhibition of the Ohio Watercolor Society that won the Marilyn H. Phelps Memorial Award.
